Small Capacity Liquid Oxygen Plants

Cryogenic process enables the plant to generate oxygen with purity up to 99.7% and nitrogen with purity up to 99.9999%. Only CE/ASME/ASTM certified materials are used in the fabrication for high reliability and durability.

Medium Capacity Liquid Oxygen Plant
(100 to 300 Liters/Hour)

We are manufacturing medium capacity liquid oxygen plants with precision designing, ASME/CE quality materials and cryogenic low pressure technology. Our cryogenic air separation plants can generate high purity liquid oxygen and nitrogen. The plant can also be equipped with a liquid oxygen pump for vaporizing LOX into gaseous oxygen for cylinder filling at upto 2900 PSI (200 Bar)

Our liquid oxygen/nitrogen plants are having highly efficient Expander which make the plant work on low pressure cycle and for fast cooling with Quick start cooling system resulting in very high efficiency and low power consumption. The air separation column is designed so as to extract maximum Oxygen from atmospheric air to give maximum yield depending on the purity of gas required by you.

Large Capacity Liquid Oxygen Plant
